ASRB – Automated Selective Demolition of Masonry Buildings

The project is developing the methodological foundation for the automated, selective demolition of masonry buildings. For the first time, digital condition assessments, structured evaluation methods, and the requirements for robotic demolition processes are being systematically integrated. Building data collected using multiple sensors forms the basis for a catalog of information and criteria that defines the necessary data quality standards and decision-making criteria. The goal is to achieve resource-efficient demolition processes that preserve building materials, reduce waste, and promote circular construction.
